Welcome to The Cybersecurity Group LLC dba DarkBlue Cybersecurity (referred to as “Dark Blue”, “TCSG”, “Company”, or “We” in these Terms is the sole operator of www.darkbluesecurity.com (referred to as “Site”). By visiting, accessing, or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the following Terms of Use (referred to as “Terms”). In addition, you agree upon these Terms. You are not obligated to these Terms; however, if you do not, you should not access or use the Site. We reserve the right to revise and adjust these Terms at any point in time. Because using the site after the Terms have been update constitutes agreement with the new terms, you are encouraged read through these Terms upon each use of the Site. Agreement with these Terms also constitutes agreement with the Company’s Privacy Policy (referred to as Privacy Policy), which are also posted in this document. The Company grants you a personal and non-exclusive license to use the Site. Without notice, we reserve the right to revise products and/or services available on the Site. In addition, we also reserve the right to discontinue or cancel any of those same products or services without notice. Aside from what is expressed in these Terms, you are not granted a license and no rights are given upon accessing or using the Site. Rights not expressed in these Terms are reserved solely by DarkBlue.

By acknowledging these Terms you agree to guard or secure against any anticipated loss, and defend DarkBlue and its employees, agents, and affiliates from all legal claims, damages, liabilities, and defense expenses arising from your use of the Site or your violation of the Company’s Terms of its Privacy Policy.

Due to privacy concerns and our inability to verify individual requests and contact information, we are unable to honor “opt out” requests made by a third party on your behalf, unless the third party is a parent of a minor less than 14 years old. For removal from mailing lists, it may take up to ten business days to process your request and, due to the fact that mailings are planned long in advance, up to 60 days to process your postal mail request. Cookies and Web Beacons

Your web browser offers so-called “cookies” which, if you allow their use, store small amounts of data on your computer when you visit a website.
